Onboarding
A day lost before the first mile
Licence photos on WhatsApp, the agreement in a drawer, the deposit in a notebook. Nobody can say who is cleared to ride.
Neome runs the whole rental fleet lifecycle on one platform: onboarding a driver, allocating a vehicle, taking the daily rent from a prepaid wallet, controlling the start with an IoT unit, and turning every complaint into a costed job card. Across every branch you operate.
Documents, agreement and deposit captured before a key is handed over.
Every vehicle is either on rent, available, or in the workshop.
Rent debits itself each morning. Nobody chases, nobody counts cash.
Unpaid rent blocks the next start, without cutting off a moving vehicle.
Three gaps account for most of what a growing fleet leaks, and none of them is a vehicle problem.
Onboarding
Licence photos on WhatsApp, the agreement in a drawer, the deposit in a notebook. Nobody can say who is cleared to ride.
Collection
A hundred drivers on daily rent means a hundred reminders, and the shortfall only shows up at month end.
Downtime
A complaint becomes a phone call, the phone call becomes a repair, and the cost never reaches the vehicle it belongs to.
Neome closes all three by keeping one record per driver and one per vehicle, and making the money, the mileage and the maintenance hang off them.
Onboarding
Capture the licence, the address proof and the signed agreement against the driver record, take the security deposit, and attach the plan they are on. The vehicle cannot be handed over until the checklist is complete, so an unverified driver never leaves the branch on your asset.
Fleet
One register per branch holds the chassis, registration, battery or engine, purchase date and insurance for each vehicle, and its live status. Allocate a vehicle to a driver, swap it when one goes in for service, and take it back on deboarding. The history stays on the vehicle.
Collection
Each driver carries a prepaid wallet. The daily plan debits automatically, a weekly or monthly plan does the same on its own cycle, and a top-up made from the driver app lands in the same balance. You stop raising invoices and start reading a balance.
IoT
Connect the telematics unit already fitted to the vehicle and you get live location, odometer and battery on the same screen as the rental. Tie the start permission to the wallet: when the balance runs out, the next start is blocked until it is topped up. A vehicle already moving is never cut off.
Maintenance
A driver raises a complaint from their phone. It becomes a job card at the branch workshop, spares are issued against it from your own stores, and the labour and parts are booked to the vehicle. Rent pauses while the vehicle is off the road, so the driver is not charged for your downtime.
Reporting
Set a date range and every figure below it is bounded by those dates.
Who owns what?
Each branch carries its own fleet, drivers, workshop and stores. Branch managers see their own operation; head office sees all of them side by side.
Is the fleet earning?
Vehicles on rent against vehicles owned, revenue per vehicle, idle days, and the drivers whose wallets keep running dry.
What is it costing?
Service history, repeat faults, spares consumed and the maintenance cost carried by each vehicle over its life.
Documents, expiry dates, deposit and status in one record.
Registration, chassis, battery or engine, insurance, purchase.
Hand over, swap or take back, with the history retained.
Prepaid balance, auto-debit, top-ups and a full statement.
Daily, weekly or monthly, with deposits and late fees.
Location, odometer and battery from your IoT unit.
Block the next start when rent or wallet goes unpaid.
Raised by the driver, routed to the branch workshop.
Service and repair, with labour and parts costed.
Stock per branch, issued against a job card.
Separate fleets and teams, one consolidated view.
Balance, top-up, complaint and documents on the phone.
Who it is for
Two, three and four wheelers rented to drivers by the day, week or month, including subscription and rent-to-own arrangements.
Fleets attached to delivery, quick commerce, logistics and last-mile operators, where the vehicle is the driver's livelihood and uptime is the product.
Anyone collecting rent every day from a large driver base who needs a prepaid wallet and a reliable way to stop a vehicle that is not paying for itself.
In production
Rider onboarding, vehicle allocation, IoT-based kilometre and location tracking and automated daily rental deduction, all on one operations dashboard.
The questions fleet operators ask before they put their first vehicle into Neome.
How it is priced
Vehicle & Driver Management is licensed and configured to how your fleet runs, so it is not on the per-user plan the self-serve modules use and there is no sign-up price to quote. We scope it on the demo and send a figure against your actual operation.
Licence plus a one-time implementation. Existing customers run hundreds of vehicles across multiple branches on it.
Take the request, dispatch the right engineer, run the job from a checklist on their phone, and close it with a signature before they leave site.
